Overview

Summary

The Customer Experience Sales Executive is focused on achieving exponential growth for our Customer Experience solutions portfolio. The position will focus on the development of go-to-market plans, pipeline development strategies and bookings growth within assigned region(s). The Customer Experience Sales Executive role is designed to work closely with our Field, Practice, and Services team members along with our Strategic OEM partners to drive sales. Areas of focus include but are not limited to business development, customer positioning, execution, region-based OEM partner strategic relationships and sales of our Customer Experience solutions, including Advisory, Professional, Managed Services and Customer Experience resell OEM portfolio offers.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

    Partners closely with Field RVPs (Regional Vice Presidents), Sales Directors, NAMs (National Account Managers) and SA's (Solutions Architects) to build in region pipeline, lead qualified deals and close sales
  • Develop sales programs to drive Customer Experience solutions and services pipeline in assigned region(s)
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with key customers at the executive level/Economic Buyers, leveraging highly effective communication skills
  • Ensures strong, effective market share of the products and services by providing direction and information on the products and related services
  • Develops and maintains technical competency in all Customer Experience related offers through ConvergeOne.
  • Analyzes sales records and trends in relation to objectives and competitive activities; takes or recommends necessary corrective action to Director Sales, Customer Experience
  • Develops a Business Plan for area of responsibility that is consistent with short-range and long-range company objectives
  • Prepares sales forecasts projections monthly
  • Keeps Director Sales, Customer Experience informed of economic, customer/competition situations, customer's business issues and interests, and generate a strategy that will achieve business objectives
  • Uses partnership programs to support winning customer engagements
  • Maximizes success of our offers through constant customer feedback
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems/complaints
  • Keeps well informed and educates team on industry changes, participates where possible in organizations directly involved with our primary markets, and continually works to improve sales techniques and sales knowledge
  • Keeps advised on company policies, procedures, and objectives, clarifying them with Director Sales, Customer Experience when and if questions arise, and is always prepared to accurately discuss these policies to our customers

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Business or Engineering preferred) or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of sales experience inclusive of Business Application and Cloud Services sales
  • Proven communication and sales experience in Business Application and Cloud Services sales
  • Broad understanding of the Complex Solution Services design and selling
  • Powerful negotiation and persuasive skills coupled with good analytical ability
  • Excellent customer interfacing skills with ability to help client's identity current /future needs.
  • Creative visionary adept at offering Cyber Security solutions that are competitive in the marketplace
  • Strong work ethic with commitment to 'start with Yes' mentality
  • Credible communicator with successful interactions at all audience levels
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies,best practices, and ability to maximize our portfolio.
  • Strong working relationships with multiple Cyber Security OEMs
