Job Description
Position Title: Machine Operator
Wage: $18.25/hour
Shift: 2nd
Hours: 3pm-11pm
Do you have experience with operating die cutting or print finishing equipment? If so, we have a great opportunity for you to continue growing your career in the print industry! We are looking for experienced Operators for an employee-owned company in Madison. This role is associate-to-hire and upon being hired directly with the company, you would be eligible for their full benefits package. Machine Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate a variety of print finishing equipment
- Complete job tickets
- Maintain equipment by cleaning and adjusting as needed
Perform quality checks
-- Any other tasks assigned by the Production Supervisor
Machine Operator Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the print or finishing industry
- Good mechanical aptitude and an eye for detail and quality
- Good oral and written communication and familiarity with reading job tickets
- Periodic twisting, lifting, bending, and able to lift 40lbs with or without accommodations
