Fiskars is searching for a Customer Service Specialist to join our amazing team in Middleton, WI!

About the Role:

The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for achieving customer satisfaction within defined objectives for the company. This person will be managing customer accounts via orders, complaints and problem resolution and customer communication. High level of professional communication required. This role requires the ability to assist in developing staff, assigning tasks and work to improve strategies & procedures, find solutions for issues, as well as contribute to projects and conversations to develop process improvement.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Answer incoming customer e-mails & communication in order to resolve any issues or questions related to customer orders as well as enter all order requests.

  • Maintain all orders to provide excellent service to our customers.

  • Participate in project work for the organization as well as provide feedback on process improvement discussion and/or situations. This includes taking lead on any IT issues that occur.

  • Be a Key User for systems and a main resource for the department in knowledge transfer & trainings.

  • Manage and research daily reports & metrics, while dispersing to the appropriate parties.

  • Provide solutions for daily inquiries from internal staff.

Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Essential), Associates Degree (Preferred)

Experience & knowledge:

  • 1-3 Years of Customer Service Experience

  • High level of skill in alpha and numeric keyboarding and data entry

English as a daily working language

This position is out of our Middleton Wisconsin office and will be a Hybrid role.
