We are currently seeking an experienced lending/collections professional to act as Consumer Loan Officer at our branches in Decorah, IA, Waupun, WI, and Fond du Lac, WI. The Consumer Loan Officer will report directly to the Branch Manager.

Consumer Loan Officer:

Serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union. Responsible for finding, interviewing and accurately documenting the creditworthiness of applicants for loans.  Approve or deny loan applications based on analysis. 

• Interview members applying for loans with Marine Credit Union.
• Solicit loan applications from members and non-members.
• Make payment arrangements with customers.
• Provide exceptional member service to our members.
• Abide by all applicable Marine Credit Union policies and procedures.
• Abide by all applicable rules and regulation.
   

Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge of loan collections
• Knowledge of consumer credit
• Selling Skills
• Business development knowledge
